No staff were present when I arrived and I had to phone and then wait approx 10 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Property did not provide towels or bottled water and had very limited parking. No dining options even though they advertised a cafe, restaurant and breakfast.

Nice location by river. Hotel staff seemed like they were brand new at hotel management, but they were very helpful. As of 12/28/12. Room was large, lighting not very good. Contact phone number from Expedia was not correct. It was the phone number for another hotel! About 5 minute walk to main road. Tha Ton is a small town. Water in swimming pool looked toxic. Seems overpriced.
