"Polite and helpful staff."

"Somehow this is one of the only hotels where we had a hot shower. Amazing room, amazing staff, and we were well taken care of in a great location! Would definitely come back here! We skipped breakfast one morning because we had an early excursion, and while we were waiting, the staff brought some food and drinks to us to make sure we were fueled for the day. We loved it here!"

"Wonderful large rooms, was really great to see a 90s style kept in such great order. Lots of beautiful timber work, ornate ceilings, stunning chandeliers everything was very stylish. I hope they keep this hotel it was a little bit outside of the centre. But it overlooked the river and mountains fantastic views. The staff were really great and the rooms were very clean on the whole we totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next holiday. Thank you for a wonderful state."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai over Chinese New Year, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel arranged a seamless airport pickup, which was a great start to our trip. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in booking a couple of excellent tours around the area. The buffet breakfast every morning was a highlight; delicious variety and great quality to fuel our days. I really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing pool—perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, a lot of Chiang Mai's nightlife, markets, and restaurants are just a short walk away, making it super convenient. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable spot with excellent service. We'd happily return!"
