I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation."

"We had a late check in and we’re just staying for one night before heading into the city the next day. The staff were great. However, the room had a weird smell when we got in and there were visible stains on two of the towels. "

"The hotel is awesome as well it’s staff, BUT I could not understand how come you have to have a central heather connected to all rooms and as a guess, I could not chose to have A/C on my room and also, not being able to open my window room, because it is not windows on the rooms. It is something very weird and stressfull for a person who don’t like calefacción and enjoy a cold room to sleep. "

"Good location for use of the Amsterdam airport. Out a ways from the city center. Nice property for our night before returning to the US. Shuttle service provided upon arrival by air. They charge for the shuttle to the airport unless you’re a Hyatt member. "
