"At check in our room wasn’t yet ready even tho we arrived after the allotted time. However reception were hugely apologetic and kindly reserved us a table in their very busy lobby area (there was a wedding going on) and brought us drinks whilst we waited. I was a nice place had the Galleries shopping centre a couple of miles away didn’t explore too much we just stayed and used the hotel facilities.
