"The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. As I was traveling alone with a child, I appreciated the safety measures the hotel had in place, which I don't often see in other hotels. The parking garage was fully enclosed, with access limited to room key entry only. You also needed your room key to operate the elevators.
Since we travel to the area for appointments from time to time, this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit."

"I was there for 3 days. Housekeeping came by once. And even with asking multiple times I never got any towels. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Like bro that’s literally the bare minimum. Also the shower has so partition and no gradient in the floor to help drain so every shower gets a nice little flood in the whole bathroom. A+ engineering. The dudes at the front desk were nice though mostly."

"Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m"

"The room thermostat did not work. It was always putting out cool air and made the room very uncomfortable. We had to sleep in our clothes to be warm enough. Bathroom was tiny with tub and shower controls very old and outdated. Not like previous stays! We will choose somewhere else next time."
