My family and I stayed here for jusy over a week while between homes and really loved it. My kids and cats were comfortable and we had enough space that we weren’t on top of each other like we would be in other hotel suites.

I had to park at an incline when parking in the parking lot, had to take 25 steps going up and down to the apartment and I wasn’t into the shower in the master bathroom but overall it was a nice clean place and I REALLY had a great sleep every night! The bed was comfortable!!

Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.), but overall was perfect for our stay. We'd definitely come back again.

Perfect location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. We had plenty of room to lounge. We would suggest a few more general commodities, though. We had no extra trash bags, toilet paper, or dish soap and had to go buy those things. Also, we needed more kitchen items, such as knives, a cutting board, and pot holders to cook our meals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. The host contacted me directly to make sure we had the correct door code. Our family was quite comfortable and happy for the week.

DC stay

Family came for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. This place was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. Area was nice. Communication is was not good, hard to tell where to contact. I messaged several times with no response. I called and then was told to call another number. Better communication would have been nice. We would stay again.

Lot of bugs/insects - woke up itchy. Could use some caulking on the exterior walls to to prevent bugs. Very loud; hard to sleep. Furniture could use some upgrading. Not sure if I just got a bad room in the building but won't return.

The spot requires having a car, but I always have a rental. This place is great. Communication is great. The door code given didn't work, but a quick call and within 5 minutes they sent a new code and our mini getaway was fun. Walmart is a 10 minute drive. Wegmans was 7-8 minutes. It's the freeway that makes the trip long. If no freeway, you can walk 5 minutes to Wegmans. They are across from it.

I stay where in in August for a girls trip upon arrival to unit #7, it smelled of dog as soon as you opened the door. The masters bedroom had dog hair all over the head of the bed as if someone has a dog sitting on it after the bad was made...gross. The other 2 bedrooms had long dark hairs on them. The master bathroom had hair on the floor of the shower. I had to buy cleaning products and detergent to wash all bedding and clean the apartment. Which took a long time as it was all king size bedding. Also it was only one tv in the living and once on the apps and screen were moving on its own. I would like to be reimbursed for the cleaning Products i had to buy.
