We arrived at the hotel after driving more than 20 hours from Miami. I was greeted by JéMia, who was super professional, attentive, and courteous. I asked if we could check in early because we were exhausted, and she not only let us check into our room early, but also upgraded us to a wonderful room on the 11th floor with a view of the city.
We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city. The room was super clean, spacious, cozy, and had wonderful views. There was coffee, water, and a welcome gift in the room. The bathroom was also sparkling clean and stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Don't miss this hotel; you won't regret it. We stayed in room 1121, and the views of the city were wonderful.
