Very cold. It was 16 degrees only when I entered. It took 3 hrs to heat it up to 20 degrees. I felt very uncomfortable.

The people who work there are superb! The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls.
