Hotel is very nice. I will change my own bedroom like their hotel room. That being said, there are lots of wrongs! 1. Bathroom is small 2. mattress was lumpy, need to replace with new one 3. Hotel can be easily seen from main train station but you cannot see the entrance! It's located on side of building 4. Don't eat at their Buffet breakfast. I thought the receptionist told me that breakfast was included. Instead I was charged 120 PLN or $30 x 3. Breakfast is ridiculously overpriced!!! It does not even compare to lower end Las Vegas Hotel Buffet. It's a JOKE that they are charging $30. This is in Warsaw, it would be laughed at in Las Vegas. Maybe for $15.

At first glance it is very nice luxurious hotel very well located in downtown Warsaw. But it’s a hotel with an attitude that we are the Marriott, and it’s fine if it’s followed by the service. I arrived to the hotel by taxi from the airport. I was greeted and offered help by the doorman in English. When I answered in Polish he turned around and walk away. Breakfast buffet looked nice but eggs and sausages were hardly warm. I stayed two nights, and second night I wake up with a rush on my stomach. I suspect it was from bedbugs. There are a lot of nice hotels in Warsaw with great service without bedbugs.

The hotel was good but the lobby smelled like a sewer for a few hours due to ruptured sewer line from the renovation work. The pool is closed due to the renovation. This information was hidden in the "fine print" while booking. For those that rely upon the pool to reduce jet lag, this is vitally important.

For a 5 star hotel, i was disappointed only on two accounts. 1. It was named a "deluxe" room, but the bathroom was a little bit small for my comfort. And second, the breakfast was OK, but also, not great. Specially the pastry, andc the cold table. On the bright side, the hotel location was excellent, right by the central train station and a shopping mall. All accessible through underground tunnels

It was a nice hotel, but not excellent. We had flying bucks in our bathroom but we got fortunately a new room. Breakfast was not worth of its price at all. Hair conditioner did not come out of the bottle. The situation was very good and views excellent.

I was offered an ungraded to a room with city view. It was more than my expectation. The breakfast buffet was abundant and bountiful. It has a good spread of bakery products and fresh and hot items. The croissant was simply irresistible.

Pros: Front desk support was great. Cleaning ladies were super accommodating Pool area was great. Room views are great. 40th floor wonderful. Cons: #1 Netflix on TV doesn't work, terrible TVconnection with YouTube on TV that keeps lagging a minute every five. #2 Bathroom drain clogged up the whole stay #3 In room service messed up. Said it will be an hour wait , called 1.5 later to find out the order was never given to the kitchen, they made a pizza in ten minutes and it was terrible eat. #4 gym equipment is just bad
