I hate to give this property a bad review. The room is wonderful and quirky in a cool neighbourhood. But I never received the access email and thus I didn’t have the code to get into the building. I was lucky at 11pm, someone let me in, and I was able to find a key. But I couldn’t leave and know I could get back in. Also, there has been no direct communication from the owner.

No reception/front desk and no support.

I booked the hotel with a non-refundable policy by mistake. And I was very disappointed with the facility and the service in this hotel. There is no reception/front desk, and no support is available when you need to ask a question. The facility is inferior, and no room service for 5 days of my stay.

Not particularly easy to find and when I found the entrance there is no external lighting and I had to rely on the light on my phone to enter the electronic door code which isn’t immediately evident. Then stated the battery operating the door was running low and fortunately I was able to enter. Room is very utility/basic but was clean, ok as a place to sleep but nothing else.

やや難あり。建物に入るには事前に知らされているパスコードが必要とのことだったが、それが届いておらず、どうしようもなく建物の前で途方に暮れてしまった。営業時間内にもかかわらず電話にも出てくれないし、たまたま他の客の出入りがなかったらと思うとゾッとする。 部屋はやや清潔感に欠け、確認できただけで蟻や蚊の侵入があった。蚊か南京虫かはわからないが、一晩で脚を10箇所近くも食われてしまった。扇風機はあるがエアコンはなく、冷蔵庫は共用スペースにある。壊れていたのかカーテンが1箇所外されており、階数から言って外から丸見えだったとまでは言わないが、落ち着かなかった。 トイレ・シャワーは別室であり、共用スペースを通る必要がある。 スタッフは親切だったが、英語がほとんど通じないようだった。

Styl industrialny przez duże I - trzeba to lubić

Stylistyka miejsca industrialna przez duże I. Podłogi z lakierowanego betonu, łóżka z palet na kółkach, skrzynie wojskowe jako stolik nocny, PRL-owskie płytki czy umywalki w łazience. W to wszystko wkomponowane nowoczesne baterie, kabina i telewizor. Nie jest to miejsce dla ludzi przyzwyczajonych do komfortu 3-4 gwiazdkowych hoteli, raczej dla wielbicieli klimatu. W pierwszym momencie ma się wrażenie, że weszło się do magazynu przerobionego szybko na pokój. Przy drugim oddechu zaczyna się przyzwyczajać do klimatu i doceniać smaczki tego wnętrza. Nie we wszystkich pokojach są łazienki - należy się zorientować, czy pokój ma łazienkę w środku, czy prywatną łazienkę z wejściem z korytarza (naprzeciw pokoju). Wszystkie niedogodności potrafi zrekompensować absolutnie przemiła pani zajmująca się obiektem i serwująca śniadanie!

Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Fabrikhalle, Loft halt. Betonfussböden, Einrichtungsgegenstände sind Utensilien alter Fabriken. Deckenlampen aus Filmstudios und Fabriken. Kleiderständer waren voemals Infusionsständer. Die Sitzgelegenheiten könnten aus einer Strassenbahn stammen. Originell, aber nicht zum wohlfühlen. Übernachten und gut. Das Bad, dem Zimmer gegenüber, war zweckmässig, sauber, aber auch mit einem leich muffigem Geruch ausgestattet. Die Umgebung, sehr Zentral, mit dem damit verbundenem Verkehrslärm.

A unusual place to stay was my first thought. On arrival we were informed the 'free breakfast' offered by hotels.com was in-fact not included with the price we had paid. The place of stay is actually a short walk (10 minutes max.) from the reception but the area is generally safe with a few people about, even at night. The room was clean although due to the nature of the property it felt slightly uncomfortable and more like hostel rather than a hotel. The location I would say if the major benefit of this hotel especially considering the price compared to hotels in a similar area.

Nice hotel in good location close to amenities and buses. Friendly staff there in the morning to help with breakfast. Bring ear plugs as noisy if at front of building because of traffic. Good value.

숙박 자체는 굉장히 좋고 만족스럽습니다 와이파이도 잘되구요. 특이사항은 숙소의 화장실과 침실이 따로 분리되어 있습니다 (개인전용). 다만 호텔의 위치와 리셉션의 위치가 다르기 때문에 이점 참고하시고 최초로 호텔방문시 리셉션하는 곳부터 먼저 가시기 바랍니다. 리셉션주소: Piękna 66A (건물 현관에서 인터폰 번호 8번 누르면 열어줍니다. 4층에 위치) // 숙소 또한 3층에만 위치하고 있습니다.

部屋によって満足度が違いそう

清潔さ、ベッドの寝心地、部屋のデザイン性、立地は悪くない。しかしチエックインの場所が遠く地名がわかりにくい、チエックイン時に部屋番号を確認しないと部屋がわからない、ホテル入り口も最初は判別しにくい、部屋によって専用ではあるがシャワーとトイレが別で不便。そのため、価格が安い。納得して利用すれば利用価値あり。

日本ではあまり見かけないタイプのホテルかも。

実際に泊まるアパートホテルとは違う場所にある受付で鍵をもらうタイプの宿泊施設です。鍵を返す時はアパートの中にある共同スペースのようなところにあるボックスに入れるだけなので楽です。スタッフはとても明るくて親切でよかったです。エレベーターがとても古風で日本では味わえない感じがしてよかったです。
