Not a 4 star hotel - 2*: very limited parking, extremely small and unwelcoming lobby, no elevators. The only positive is their restaurant- nice with good food.

Several things to improve

Here on hotels.com, it is stated that housekeeping will be done every day. I slept there two nights and no one came to clean my room. Whilst booking, I had kindly asked for a smoker's room. It's okay if you don't offer this. But it's not okay to not answer at all to my request, and once I'm there, to put me in the upper floor in a room which was the most far away from the stairs. Another negative point: There's no elevator available. Toilet in the room: very narrow between brick wall and shower glass wall. If you aren't skinny, you'll have a problem to sit down and do whatever you must do. TV: Only Polish channels and no internet connection to the screen is available (i.e. no Netflix, Prime, etc.). Bar prices are quite high, to not say abusive: A 15 cl glass of wine over 6 €, an Aperol Spritz (with lemon instead of orange slices) over 8 €, the cheapest 0.5 l beer for 5 €.They benefit from the fact that there's no other bar nearby, reachable in a walking distance. Food prices in the restaurant aren't cheap, but for the excellent quality they serve it's still okay. The breakfast service, however, was very good!

This was my second time in Warsaw. First time in Falenty, I really enjoyed the hotel. It's a large property. Very clean! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the staff who spoke English. Peter and Paulina checked me in and offered polite smiles every day as well as the other staff whose names I didn't get. My room was spotless and clean. The beds are comfortable and I was able to push them both together and be more comfortable. Every day I was here I was greeted with a friendly smile by my cleaning lady Tania who made sure my room was clean to perfection. It was wonderful to come home every day to a bed with sheets that were clean and neatly arranged. I also enjoyed great meals at the restaurant. Tatiana was a great bartender and makes the perfect mojitos. My server Mateus was always very polite and got my order right. Service with a smile is an understatement at this hotel. Will definitely be staying her more often when I come to Warsaw. Oh and as a bonus, there's a wonderful natural park nearby for amazing walks to enjoy the wildlife! Excellent choice if you don't want to be in the city center.

La struttura è nuova la camera spaziosa con un buon bagno/doccia. La colazione ottima, tanto salato e potrebbe avere un po' più di dolce, anima italiana :).Anche il ristorante non è male, un consiglio per gli italiani non ordinate la pizza.

Das Hotel ist ganz gut, wenn man eine ruhige Unterkunft in Warschau sucht. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei, das Frühstück umfangreich und frisch, die Betten bequem und der Service freundlich. Man kann von dort aus nicht weit weg ein Park and Ride mit dem Auto erreichen, welches kostenlos ist, wenn man ein Ticket für die Tram/Bus kauft. Von dort aus gelangt man schnell mit den Öffis in die Stadt. Einzige Manko sind die Badezimmer, dort fehlt leider Ablagefläche in der Dusche als auch am Waschbecken.
