"It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful. However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point.. We shouted and the member of staff closed the door. I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident. It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care. I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise. I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me. "

"We had a lovely 24 hours at the Edwardian Hotel in Manchester. The location is perfect – just a short 10-minute walk to the coach station, with plenty of food options nearby. The in-room dining was excellent too, but the highlight was definitely The Library restaurant – the steak was delicious and the service outstanding. The décor and vibe of the hotel are beautiful, and the spa and swimming pool are fantastic for relaxing. A special mention goes to the older gentleman at the concierge desk – he was absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommend!"
