"Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointing for a Hilton chain resort. Property needed a lot of maintenance."

"Absolutely lovely stay. Upon arrival to your departure staff are truly kind and helpful. I asked about car rentals and the front desk shopped around for a few options to offer me to suit my needs. Shernada and Heather at the front desk were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped while the property grounds were well manicured. A lovely stay and would come back again."

"Great breakfast and clean room."

"The highlight of the hotel is the pool overlooking the ocean. Very beautiful! Also the staff were very kind and helpful and tried their best to make sure we had a fab stay!"

"They need to step up their maintenance of the building."

"We had an amazing time! Our oceanfront room was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, amazing food and service! We can’t wait to go back!"

"Unique Mediterranean- styled architecture of the hotel which was picturesque. Good stay overall. However the rooms would’ve benefited from more modern amenities. I asked if kitchen staff could warm my food but that request was denied. While I understood the explanation offered to me, I think they need to find a way to allow guests to have their food warmed, possibly by providing microwaves in the rooms or in a place accessible by guests with no liability to the hotel. Otherwise a comfortable...

"Very quite and relaxing. Just what I needed."

"Exceptional stay at the Hilton Grand Crane Resort. Will definitely be back! Thank you Crane for an amazing vacation!"

"The staff and hotel facilities continues to blow my mind . My second time staying here I highly recommend"

"This is advertised as an all inclusive but just note, there are specific times you access food. If you check in outside of these times, you will need to purchase food. I didn’t find the staff particularly helpful but there one one lady who stands out, very sweet. The others, not at all. One staff member was charging my husband 4US for a bottle of water when it was supposed to be a part of the package. I didn’t find the food particularly good either. Wouldn’t stay here again."
