"It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!"

"Pros: The room was amazingly large and the beds were super comfortable! The morning front desk worker was super friendly and very polite when we checked out! Cons: The hallway and stairs up to the second floor smelled like stale smoke and pets, covered with a spray like febreeze or something. There was a dog barking in the wee hours of the morning on the same floor we were on.(Yes, there was a dog within the hotel rooms.) Lastly, the night front desk person wasn't very friendly or welcoming....

"Best of Both Worlds Founder's Brook looks like a 1950's motel village but looks are deceiving. The setting is lovely, beautifully maintained grounds with flowering plants and picnic tables. The units are nicely updated and immaculate with AC, TV, mini fridges, microwaves and Keurig coffee makers. It's a very well-run operation with a welcoming staff.
