"The check-in time was not honored. The staff mentioned they had a lot of late check outs and not enough staff to clean the rooms, so we ended up checking in until almost 5 PM instead of 3:30 PM when we originally arrived. Then we asked about late check out, since we wanted to compensate for the late check-in and again were told there was not enough staff and too many check-ins for us to do that. While I understand they were short, we don’t feel it was professional of them to keep mentioning that they were understaffed. I was able to get us half an hour more for check out, but it took some negotiating with the front desk personnel. The positives were the cleanliness of the room, the size of the bathroom, the microwave, and the fridge. The WiFi was slow. Overall, I’m not sure we would be back to this property. "

" Nice hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were no towels and the fireplace wasn’t working, but the person at the desk was very helpful and quick to respond to needs. Breakfast was standard hotel eggs and waffle type things. Had a great night’s rest with all the pillows!"

"Not a great experience. Manager won’t return messages. Very disappointing. FYI - we did not get to stay here and they would not cancel my reservation or help rectify the situation in any way. I don’t really know how the rooms look, we never got past the lobby."

"Free brkfst was well-done, the rooms were spotless and the desk staff extremely responsive to our needs. I would stay there again without qualification. "

"We’ve been staying at budget hotels with hot tubs and pools. Even though the weather was warm the pools nor hot tubs were open. This hotel had a heated pool and nice hot tub. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had quite a few more options than the others we stayed at. The coffee was good. I guess the only complaint was the AC was so loud when it cycled on. "

"Fit my needs for the stay. Many Eateries within walking distance. The room was decent and clean. I would stay here again. I didn't see an elevator but I didn't look that much. Two story with outside walkways. "
