"Decent room, proper fridge in room, having foxtel was a nice bonus. The shower leaked from the door which meant the floor was always wet. Parking was tricky as we weren’t aware of height restrictions so we had to hope for a vacant park to fit our vehicle every time we left and came back. Liked that it was a separate bedroom to the main living area. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Across the road from shopping centre which was helpful."

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"It was hard to find in the beginning because the signage was not clearly visible. It was also weird that you need to go up to 2nd level for the reception. Staff were a bit disappointing because they are not as responsive but I guess, they are just doing their job.
The room was clean, equipped though a bit small.
The food could be better with more selections but for the price, it’s ok.
Will I recommend? Definitely. My friend recommended the place to me so I will. A plus, it was close to a...

I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city.
Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special.
We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...
