"This is the worst 4 star hotel ever. Should not even worth 1 star. They do not turn on air conditioner in the Lobby. The room air conditioner barely work!!! It was July in Tianjin, super hot and humid. "

"It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible!
