"Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. "

"MAJOR construction feet from our rental. We could not even open the curtains because of all the workers next to our back patio. This was not disclosed at the time of rental. The condo was described as first floor, patio directly poolside. No pool, just workers and construction all day. "

"Our room was immaculate, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and parking was easy. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. I would definitely stay there again if I ever decide to revisit Miramar Beach. "

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better."
