"Good parking. Properly is set back off of the road so very quiet. Rooms were very nice. Carpet in hall was a bit tired and should be replaced. Overall good place to stay"

"Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is nice and convenient. Only downside is the restaurant inside the hotel is desperately understaffed. The staff was amazing at the restaurant trying so hard to juggle everyone, but unfortunately they can only do what one person can do. So we ended up having to leave without supper, as the kitchen was very slow and only one waiter. "

"The walls are made of cardboard. Doors slamming all night long and can hear everything those in other rooms are staying in. Needles and empty’s were littered around the property. "

"Dated. Needs upgrade. Ceiling cracking in elevator. Elevator slow. Powdered eggs on breakfast bar. Room needs upgrading. Comfy beds. Carpet needs deep shampoo. Front desk staff not service oriented. We booked via Expedia & were told we couldn’t Check in because the attendant refused to run our debit card for the $100 deposit. She kept saying visa debit and refused to even swipe the card. We have stayed all over Canada & several countries no issue like this. We provided a different debit card & she ran it as credit for $100 to cover the deposit. We are Black Americans & noticed her friendly upbeat tone when helping the Canadian customers that came after us. Just an observation ."

"Chose this hotel for location in proximity to an event we were attending. Check in was easy - staff friendly. Room was very spacious but it was a bit odd having two doors to the room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated and corners could be cleaner. Breakfast was ok - it’s enough to get you going in the morning. Overall we were pleased with our stay and I would stay again. "
