"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. "There is a sky train station with bells and alarms going off every ten mins until late starting very early. No parking nearby except very expensive paid lot. People screaming and swearing outside. Bad neighbourhood. Noisy. Fire alarms going off. Drug addicts out front. Redone but strong smell of stinky cleaners. Not great for sensitivity. Bed ok but no warm comforter. Heat blaring in night. "

"Rooms are newly (ish) renovated and they feel modern. They are using bulbs that all flicker in the rooms and the lighting is very cold so it's difficult to feel comfortable. I didn't contact the front desk because it was every light except the bathroom, regardless of bulb type so I didn't think they would have been able to help.
Full breakfast in the morning fantastic, was quality and appreciated.
Common areas feel tired and often have odours. They didn't track into my room.

"Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too."
