"Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm.
Evening staff were rude.
There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area.
None of the vending machines were working.
Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

"We stayed for a tournament and there was so many other teams there but we still found the hotel quiet which was a plus. The breakfast in the morning was great (2 kinds of sausage , eggs , hasbrowns, oatmeal,fruits , pancakes etc) we found the location of the hotel very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping . "

"Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too."

"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up.
