"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"The hotel is entrance is just off the roundabout opposite the services. Large car park at the rear of the hotel the staff make sure you enter your reg on the tablet at reception. Very welcoming and helpful staff everything was explained. My room was accessed by a card and there is a slot on the wall to put it to activate the electricity. Nice room with plenty of space very comfy bed and lots of storage. Very clean in both the bedroom and bathroom which had a very modern easy to use shower also fresh towels,shampoo and shower jel supplied. I had food in the restuarant which seemed to have a limited menu but there was a menu on the bar with more options. The road near the hotel seemed very busy but it was very quiet at night and had a great sleep. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and you could help yourself to as much or little as you liked. Cooked food was hot and restocked often. Overall a great stay with no complaints how often do you hear that. "
