"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "Wir haben zufällig ein Apartment bekommen, was mit einer Küche und Kühlschrank voll ausgestattetet war, das hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und wir konnten es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen."

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
