Sehr ruhige Lage, unsere Zimmer war wunderschön und 100 % sauber. Obwohl wir am Feiertag gekommen sind, war alles unkompliziert. Frühstück war gut, frisch, reichhaltig und lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel

Wir haben am Wochenende den Hockenheimring besucht und eine Nacht im Villa Verde verbracht, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Rand der Fußgängerzone, die Zimmer sind sauber. Sehr positiv überrascht wurden wir von dem erstklassigen Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Kleines Hotel in schöner Umgebung

Die Lage des Hotels war schön. Da wir ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hatten und Ende Oktober da waren, war es auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß, aber abgewohnt. Die Dusche hatte nur einen Vorhang, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen geflutet war. Das Frühstück war gut, viel Auswahl und ausgewogen. Völlig ausreichend. Enttäuschend war der Check in und die Besetzung der Rezeption. In den ganzen 3 Tagen haben wir nicht einmal jemanden an der Rezeption gesehen. Unseren Schlüssel bekamen wir aus dem Briefkasten. Für diese Info haben wir 10 Minuten geklingelt. Für den Checkout haben wir uns beim Frühstück extra angemeldet, damit jemand an der Rezeption ist. Wünsche o. Ä. konnte man nicht äußern, da nie jemand da war und nachher auch nicht mehr auf das Klingeln reagiert wurde.

Ongelofelijk slecht!

Online tijdens onze terugreis van ons vakantieadres, een 2persoons kamer geboekt met het verzoek om een extra bed erbij te plaatsen voor onze zoon. Bevestiging hiervan ontvangen via email. Receptie in het weekeind dicht om 21.00 uur (ipv 22.00 uur). Hier werden wij over gebeld en tijdens dit gesprek zijn afspraken gemaakt over het ophalen van de sleutel. Bij aankomst na 21.00 uur bleek er geen extra bed op de kamer. Via de nachtbel contact opgenomen, maar ronduit onbeschoft te woord gestaan. Een extra bed, werd gezegd, was niet besteld en kon onmogelijk nog geregeld worden. Uiteindelijk heeft onze zoon hierdoor de nacht op de grond door moeten brengen!
