The place was clean and the price we paid through Expedia was more than fair because of the location. Other than that, door molding fell off when I closed the door, big rip in carpet, the sofa was terrible and unusable to sit on and the entire room was just overall unkempt. Absolutely no pride shown by ownership. Would not stay here again or recommend!

Security chain on door was missing. Door does not properly close as in there's an 1/8th inch open gap all around the frame, letting in all the light from the hallway. Shower floor is new, but it's so slippery, it's like walking on soap. It's an accident waiting to happen. They need to replace the shower floor with something non-sllippery.

This was the perfect location to have my son go visit Whitman College, which is literally across the street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Just what we needed.

The rates are good, stayed here many times. This time I checked in, went to room and it wasn't ready. Then when going to bed I stepped into a large sopping wet spot. Not very pleasant.

This older property has clean, comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom shower was updated and retiled nicely. Small AC units keep it comfortable in warmer conditions. They supplied soap, shampoo, etc. The towels were a bit scratchy. That said, I would stay there again. The price is great and the location is perfect for my needs.

Our family has stayed at this hotel for over 30 years and we probably will stay there for another 30. The owners and staff are amazing! It may not have all the frills of a 5 star hotel but the friendliness, the extra effort they make to ensure your happy, and comfortable beds make it a 5 Star experience!

It was fairly convenient to downtown and walking to facilities/wineries/stores. Showers were very nice, beds were comfortable. Didn't really dislike anything. Pleasant stay. Thankyou!

You don’t care I was instructed to call Expedia to cancel a second nites stay. The smoking room was the only room left in the area. I believed that I could stand the room until acweeze turned into a need for a relief breather. Trying to leave cancelling the second nite was a joke with the manager telling me to call Expedia and your automated system referring me to deal with the manager. At $74 for this room I would have just left but at 145 because it had two beds the place is a dump. Woman who checked me in was courteous.Manager in a.m.was lost in rules and hard to,understand. Never seen this area have so few options for rooms

-Prompt, courteous check-in -Clean room -Shower with good water flow -Air Conditioner worked without excessive noise. My family especially enjoyed the sparkling clean water in the outdool swimming pool. We plan to stay here next time in Walla Walla, WA.

Clean and affordable and the AC works awesome!

The folks running the place are really nice. AC worked great! Plenty of pillows cuz I like extra pillow. Nice shower, microwave and good size mini fridge. It was cramped though having two queen beds in a tiny room. Not much space to get into the bathroom and sadly room 220 had a funky smell. Probably something in the carpet. The carpet could use a good cleaning. That might help get odor out of the room. It was affordable though. Clean pool, clean bathroom and shower, clean towels, clean sheets and blankets. I would stay here again but check out a different room. I liked the place. In the 100 temps and working ac in a quiet comfy room? Quaint clean small and affordable.
