Staff went above and beyond to give us a room that accommodated our unique situation. It was an incredibly busy evening and she had been working many, many hours for many, many days but took the time to make us feel right at home. Breakfast had a lot of great options. Beds were clean.

It was lucky to find accommodations for our dog. There's even a dedicated side lot and plenty of off-road spaces to walk the dog on a leash. Breakfast was fair and better than similar priced hotel/inns. The town of Park Rapids was awesome, with a downtown area full of shops and restaurants. Had an issue at check-in over the price that was quoted by Experian but otherwise a good travel experience.

Staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Refrigerator in room made a loud humming noise. Told manager and she had it replaced that day. Hotel in general was clean and neat. Our room was somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and quickly replenished when need be. Hotel located in a nice area that was quiet and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.

Check in with simple quick and easy. The lobby smelled great was clean and offered seating for comfort and work. Bringing in luggage was effortless because automatic doors with immediate access to luggage carts. The room had been preset to 69 degrees and the blinds drawn. My son and I enjoyed utilizing the smart TV accessing our personal services. The bed was neatly made with clean bedding and bathroom had great lighting and a tile shower with great awesome water pressure. The swimming area features a pool sauna and hot tub. The water temperature was perfect And water was clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. They allowed. A late check out to allow us. To have the pool area longer. Overall great stay

The hotel lobby was messy and the hot tub had only 2 jets that worked. The sheets were paper thin and worn through and it smelled musty in the room. Bed was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was good, but they ran out plates. The morning staff were friendly and helpful. The night person was very cold and not friendly.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. My kids love the waffle station in the morning. Theres a cute little coffe shop across the parking lot that is drive or walk thru too! Lots to do and see In Park Rapids and surrounding towns (highly suggest Nevis right up the road). Walmart and Aldi super close too which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to others and will likely stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was poorly stocked. Towels were an issue all 3 days, none for the pool, when we would ask at the desk there was "none dry". Our pull out couch had no linnen, or pillows on it or in the room for it. TV kept disconnecting from WIFi so it didnt work half the time. But overall it was good for the $$
