I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. "Found the entire place unsatisfactory. I booked because the said breakfast included, NO BREAKFAST ! Middle of shower ran out of hot water , went to use hair dryer- didn’t work ! Total disappointment, will never stay there again . Also , pissed off at Expedia for posting false amenities on hotels !!! "

"The rooms were outdated and needed repaurs. Sheets were stained and had several hairs on them. Floors were disgusting especially under beds and tables. Smoke detectors were disabled and covered in plastic. Pool was cloudy, over cholrinated and trash floating including several large hairballs. Landscaping was dirty and in need of repairs. Carpet in halls and stairwells was gross. Toilets were bad, the tank lid was slid over so you could push the float down to fill water. Just overall...

"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...
