"The only good thing was the employee who checked me in and the one who checked me out, the room was a dump, the fan didn’t work properly. I tried reaching out to Expedia to rectify this as the management has been replying the same response to other complaints over the years “we will investigate” -seem like they haven’t gotten around to their investigations. property was dirty. We saw cockroaches in our room the next morning, their was bodily fluids on the stairs, people doing their m*th in the front and homeless people just casually dropping into the lobby like it was a safe house. I had no idea that north central was a bad area which should really be disclosed before booking, that you are in a dangerous neighbourhood. "

"There was garbage overflowing at the entrance we used to get to our room and it was never cleaned up while we were there. The hallways were very dirty from drywall debris but no one was working on anything. "
