Lovely hotel with excellent service. Front desk reception was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of the way to help us resolve some problems we had with car rental, as we spoke no Japanese. The hotel itself is centrally located near the train station and big shopping malls.

館内、室内はとても綺麗でした。
幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。 ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。 あと空調が全館 一括管理ということでした。 部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。 体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。
