Room was amazing with plenty of room, reception staff were fantastic & very pleasant on arrival. fantastic pool area outside the rooms, lovely well maintained gardens & surrounds.

Mouldy bathroom ceiling. Freezer - in fridge - didn’t work. TV remote stuck together with pvc tape. Fridge seal broken and mouldy. Tiles in pool covered in slime.
