"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . "Service was phenomenal. They offer activities and dinner through the hotel. Mohammed was our driver for the jeep tour and he was super friendly and funny. Hussan was very welcoming and helpful. Overall an amazing place to stay with friendly staff. Rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been , but it was still spectacular with great views. "

"Beautiful location and lovely staff. The “tent” was basic. Could’ve had a small side table and hooks. The food was excellent. The restroom/shower building and facilities left a LOT to be desired. Dirty, no TP, broken shower head. Almost no water pressure. "
