"I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. "perfect location for the hotel and bungalows- right by the beach, and 5 minute walk from the near bye DOR mature reserve (with plenty of walking paths, hidden coves, views and archeological finds).
We stayed one night- went for a long afternoon and evening walk along the beach and coves. Early morning walk and hike and swim along the beaches, then when it got hot, went to the extensive breakfast spread (served until 11:00 on a weekday).
We got a free upgrade from regular bungalow to premium...

"Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two."

"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened.
Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

Terrible synthetic-chemical smell in the room, some kind of refresher that I did not see where it comes from.
Bed is very comfortable and staff is friendly.
Overall, with a little improvement, it can be a much nicer room. "
