"The location of the hotel was vey good and close to the center of the city. However, the room wasn't well cleaned. I found plenty of hair on the ground, bed, and billows. I seriously wondered whether they changed the bed sheets at all after the previous guest. My stay would've been a lot better if they maintained some housekeeping. "

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Muscat.

"Very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Millenium Grand. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room allocated was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable. A plentiful supply of bottled water was provided by the hotel. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. I used the pool area which was spacious and very good and also the gym which was well equipped and air conditioned. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall which has a number of cafes and restaurants. A very good location for getting around Muscat (by taxi). I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Muscat for a relaxing few days. Thank you."

"I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat and it was an unforgettable experience. Every detail was impeccable, but what truly made my holiday special was the outstanding service from the team. Maryam and Sarah Jane made every breakfast a delight with their warmth and attention to detail. By the pool, Humprey went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and well looked after. A special mention to Madai at Essenza restaurant, who made our dining experience truly memorable with exceptional recommendations and genuine hospitality"

"Had a really good time at The Chedi. Got a free room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. One of the best things about it was the cleanliness of the entire property, room etc. minimal bugs too. The only down side when it came to cleanliness was that I think the pools could be cleaned a bit more regularly as we did sometimes find things in the pool but this is to be expected to some degree as it’s by the seaside too. Breakfast was amazing, top tier and couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast and the staff service was very good. The only other downside was that you have to take the hotel taxi if you want the taxi to pick you up from right outside the front door, this is problematic as the hotel taxis (Marhaba) are at least double the price of the normal Otaxi you can get elsewhere. To get an Otaxi, the taxi drivers must wait outside the hotel premises as they are fined if they enter the main pickup area which means you have to walk out a few minutes to get that taxi which isn’t too much of an issue but not ideal. "

"I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service"
