Impecable en todos los aspectos de limpieza, atención, instalaciones y sobresaliente en los desayunos y cenas. Después de un día caluroso y agotador rodeados de maravillas naturales y arquitectónicas, nada mejor que relajarse en la terraza de la habitación o del comedor, con todo el valle y Wadi Musa a la vista para sentir la magia que tiene este país."

"Location is excellent for visiting Petra and the staff was generally kind, but unfortunately the hotel itself was very disappointing for the price point. The air conditioning stopped working overnight and never properly recovered during my stay, leaving both the room and several common areas of the hotel extremely hot. I got virtually no sleep before a full day hiking Petra. Food quality at the restaurants was also quite poor, especially considering this is marketed as a luxury property. In addition, several amenities and dining spaces were closed during my stay, which was frustrating given the cost of the hotel and not something that was clearly communicated in advance. Overall, while the proximity to Petra is convenient, the experience did not match the premium price or expectations associated with the property."

"Clean room, extra helpful staffs giving trip and food recommendations, plus free valet parking. Breakfast is now à la carte instead of buffet, since Jordan is more quiet than usual this season and most hotels are not very full."

"Had a terrible time, room had a bad odor, they said it was due to fresh paint. It was so bad in the afternoon we couldn’t stay in the room. They didn’t offer an alternative, they just freshened it. Opened the doors and cleaned it. Then the noise, there’s a night club above us, the noise was going all night, we couldn’t sleep. In addition they were doing maintenance or construction in the morning, banging and drilling as early as 7. Our window to get good sleep was 2am-7am, Ridiculous. Will never stay here again, no resting, no relaxing, just made us more tired and ruined the last few days of our honeymoon trip. When I explained to the manager what happened, he said take it up with the site you booked with, Expedia."

"This place is absolutely amazing and incredible. The rooms are spotless and clean, staff is extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. They answered any and all questions I had helped me with transportation to and from the airport and several times I needed to go to the city they assisted me with this as well. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious. Many options for food and dining. They have all the amenities you need, including pools, private beach, and spa. I will definitely be coming back and choosing this hotel for all my future visits."

"بصراحة الغرف حلوة ونضيفه بس ماعندهم اي activity نعملها بالبحر لأنه كتير صغير البحر عندهم وهو عباره عن lagoon صغير وما بتقدرو تعملو jetski ولا أي فعاليات بالبحر"

"My family of three’s one night stay at the Petra Pillars Luxury was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, over-the-top accommodating, and kept their resort spotless. Our room had an excellent view of the Petra landscape and pool. The breakfast had plenty of options, including made to order pancakes. It was a short 6-minute drive to the entrance to Petra."
