The only thing is that the reason I booked was because a complimentary shuttle service from the airport for my quick overnight layover, was available however it did not specify anywhere that between approximately 10 AM and 5 PM There’s no service available which incurred an additional charge of €25 to get to the hotel out of pocket."

"The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety...
