"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"Quality of the hotel is very good. Rustic rooms in a quiet and central location. We stayed in camelia room and shower doesn't have much ventilation therefore we can see damp and doesn't smell pleasant. We have been charged with 50 euros in the check in for my 5 year old son eventhough he slept in same bed with us and expedia guest policy clearly indicates child is allowed to stay in the room with you. "
