Unfortunetley there was a flying ant problem in the apartment. The shower holder was also broke which ruined having a shower. The size of the apartment was very big with a nice kitchen. Staff was also very nice.

좋은 위치에 있는 로컬 레지던스 호텔. 방3, 화장실2, 넓은 거실과 간단한 요리를 할 수 있는 주방이 있습니다. 맞은편에 롯데마트가 있고 호텔 뒷쪽에 오징어쌀국수 가게와 식당들도 있었습니다. 그랩 이용도 편리하고 곳곳에 여러명이 탈 수 있는 골프장 카트형식의 전기차도 저렴하게 탈 수 있습니다. 호텔 컨디션은 좀 오래 되었으나관리가 잘된 편이어서 불편하지 않았습니다만. 욕실이 좁고 샤워기가 개별 온수기를 사용해서 조금 불편했습니다. 여러명이 이용하기 좋은 매우 합리적인 가격에 만족할만 숙박시설로 조식도 기대보다는 괜찮았습니다. 운동시설과 수영장은 작고 풍경이 주변 건물이라 추천하지 않습니다. 그러나 호텔 직원들은 친절하고 필요한 요청에 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다. 가성비를 찾는 분들에게 추천할 수 있는 호텔입니다. A well-located local residence hotel. It has three rooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen for simple cooking. There was Lotte Mart across the street, and there were squid rice noodle shops and restaurants at the back of the hotel. Grab is also convenient, and you can ride an electric car in the form of a golf course cart that can be used by many people everywhere at a low price. The hotel condition was a little old, but it was not inconvenient because it was well managed. The bathroom was narrow and the shower used individual water heaters, so it was a little uncomfortable. I was satisfied with the reasonable price that many people could use, but the breakfast was better than I expected. We do not recommend the sports facilities and swimming pools because they are small and surrounding buildings. However, the hotel staff were friendly and quick to respond to the necessary requests. This hotel can be recommended to those looking for cost-effectiveness.

The room was clean but we saw some cochroaches. They are very stingy about toilet papers, soaps and hairs shampoos. Their breakfast buffet is not very good so we decided to go out to eat after the first day, their coffee tasted terrible. We stayed there for 3 days. Next time we will avoid this place.

シーズンオフのウイークデイは宿泊客が少ないせいか、朝食がビュッフェ形式では無く残念でした。円を両替することが出来なかったこと、セイフティーBOXが部屋に無かったこと、レジデンスタイプで大きな冷蔵庫やシンクやIHヒーターなどが有るのに、お皿やフォーク、スプーン、コーヒーカップ等の食器類が何も無かったことが、残念でした。

새로 지어진 레지던스. 아직 건설 후 먼지가 남아 있는 듯한 느낌. 준공청소가 마무리 되지 않은 것처럼 베란다나 내부에 건설먼지가 많이 남아있습니다. 아침식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮고 규모에 비해 수영장이 너무 작습니다. 다만 간단한 식사를 해 먹을수 있는 장점과 길 건너면 바로 롯데마트가 있기에 편리합니다.

新築で、部屋が広くて綺麗でした。 寝室3つの部屋で、リビングと 寝室1つは外が見れます。残りの寝室2つは窓無しです。 部屋にキッチンがついてますが、鍋などの調理道具は付いてないので、 普通にホテルとして使うのがいいのかも。
