"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. "Great location for walking around Vomero and to see the castle. It was very loud at night and early in the morning which was a struggle for us because we had just arrived from the U.S. after several long flights. It was easy to find the apartment and easily accessible. They also helped us arrange transport from the airport with a wonderful driver. The apartment was fairly clean and the facilities are good. We were served the most delicious breakfast in our room before check-out. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy.
