"I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. "Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung...

"Very nice hotel. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Food was very good and service in the restaurant was very good too. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and it was very comfortable with a large corner balcony accessible from both rooms. Rooms well cleaned daily. Although a minor issue was that we had a coffee pod machine which I thought was a bonus, but the two pods supplied, surprisingly weren't replenished. First world problems, eh!! "Ich bin mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter mitte Juni gereist. Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und der Service gefallen und vor allem der Mitarbeiter Demitris . ErWar sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt hat man auch schon den Ort Sissi erreicht, dort gab es schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars zum Fußball schauen."

"Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner une dizaine de jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est serviable et la chambre était top. Bémol concernant le bruit... Les voisins sont souvent bruyants (en même temps c'est Malia, donc on y fait la fête !), et c'est très mal isolé... on entend absolument tout donc pas top si on veut se reposer. Sinon la piscine est super, et les hôtes adorables."

"We were delighted with our stay at this lovely family run establishment, it was so clean, friendly and central we couldnt have asked for more! I requested a room with a nice outlook and we got a pool view which was truly appreciated! Sadly my friend had a bad accident in the sea on day two so our holiday wasnt how we wouldve wished for! But everyone was so kind to her! We will be back and will definitely stay here again !"
