We chose this hotel as it said self parking available but spots are very limited and needs to use a park case that appears close but in reality was not easy to get to if parked in back hotel parking lot to unload luggage. Make sure to get clear directions from Front desk on how to get to parkcade as lots of one ways if you miss...

"Where to start? The front receptionist was so helpful and dedicated to helping guests feel at home. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was way more than expected with both hot and cold items. The mimosas put the frosting on the cake. Then the location……..just off the main square, it was quieter and convenient to everything one would need for full walking access all around Bruges. I would highly recommend this hotel for guests that want to feel at home and well taken...

"Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....
