"We have returned to the Uprising after 6 years. The staff are still genuinely lovely and the place still looks beautiful But at a closer look, I’d say it needs some TLC. In our villa, half the light bulbs didn’t work. The outdoor shower crusted with build up. The sliding door handle falling off. We had a wonderful Lovo traditional evening with live show. All in all still a good, affordable option in Pacific Harbor"

"Our fridge and safe did not work and our room smelled like mould. The staff were very polite and helpful but the property is a bit rundown. The bed was comfortable and the location close to the airport, supermarket and restaurants was good."

"Great for a one night stay very close to the airport, budget property, but very adequate. No coffee machine, but the hotel next door does. No lifts which could be a problem with lots of luggage to carry upstairs. We didn’t eat there, so can’t comment on the restaurant, but lots of dining options on both sides of the hotel."
