"This was a bit of an odd stay for my husband and I. The property, grounds, and winery were nothing short of stunning. The staff was friendly, but everything seemed a little unorganized and discombobulated. When we arrived we were told we needed a reservation for the restaurant or pizzeria and they were only open for lunch. "This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "

"Very attractive and clean property. Staff were exceptionally accommodating. Although only one person on desk at check-in, his grasp of English was fair, processed without any hitches, went to curbside to unload and transport luggage to elevator. Good curbside parking for loading and unloading. Easily accessible from curb to lobby. Fronts on Plaza de Italia, attractive and peaceful city park.
