"Hotel is clean and good. Staff barely provided any service.
No extra soaps or bath towels. The property is entry restricted for card holders even at main entrance, so we had to wait to get into the reception at ~7:30PM.
No breakfast for the price, not even a water bottle at check-in.
Its just stay and go."

"I've been staying in Tucson hotels for decades as I live a few hours away, but I'd never stayed here. Really didn't know it was here. Even though ti's located kind of in a shopping mall, the hospitality and care I received from the staff and the cleanliness was awesome. The only thing I was a bit wary of was the possibility of maybe my room had been used previously by a guest with pets.
