"I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. "Housekeeping is terrible, I had to track down management because i did not get the full service room cleaning you are supposed to get every three days I got it once in my two week stay. The bathtub backed up a few days after I got there and got as deep as my ankles, other guests complained about their tub backing up as well. I see now why it is one of the cheapest places to stay. A refund would be nice of at least a couple days or something."

"Liked the location, grocery stores, eateries, ect. Could have more variety in breakfast menu. Stayed 3 days and sausage patties were served on 2 days. My stay at other Hampton Inns had sausage patties one day, link sausage the next, bacon the next. The biscuits and gravy were excellent as well as the coffee service.. The staff were all friendly and helpful."
