Th Park hotel doesnt need to be a 5 star hotel... for its kind of maintainance it's just kind of 3 star hotel... room furniture pretty old... breakfast is the only thing we liked... Overall Its not worth for the price we paid..just over rated hotel...I dont think I will consider thos again given if I have good alternatives.. anf I hope I can find better than this for sure...

It is badly maintained overproduced hotels. Leaking faucets, flooded bathroom, shabby condition of fumigate and all fixtures, non functional electrical and what not.

Booked online for 3 nights and requested if I can only do 2 nights instead as my plans changed but the folks weren’t open to it. I could have gone somewhere else but had my family from a long trip ready to hit the sack. It’s a very old property and they definitely can do some much needed upgrades and cleanliness. The condensate from the AC was leaking inside the room.

Great Potential but needs significant improvement

Average. The Bathrooms need a lot of repair work. There was water clogging everytime and spiders crawling around. The Hotel did get a deep cleaning done but the issue was not resolved. Till the last day, we had spiders in the loo. The TV had 1 channel working. There was 1 Coffee Mug in the Room. We ordered breakfast one morning which took forever and when we got the food, it was below average to say the least. Housekeeping however was spot on every single day and there were no reminders required which was good.

Certainly not a 5* experience!

I had booked the room with Sea View, I was given ground floor, which I declined, then they moved me to 1st floor, informing me that it was an upgrade, honestly, it was not. I didn't mind since I was staying for a half day and night, early morning I was out. I did not expect this from 5* property. Also, some of the amenities were missing, which I had to call for from Reception. The bell was not functioning, shower hose was corroded, bathroom wooden door won't close, maybe due to the hotel being on seaside or old property.

Stay wasnt as I expected. Major drawbacks were: 1. There is way to much noise into teh room from adjacent areas ( late night loud music ) and furniture dragging sounds. Did not expect this from a STAR resort 2. Food is just so so. Hardly anything related to what Vizag has to offer. 3. Upkeep and maintenance of the room .. taking care of the smaller details in the room are not up to the mark. Had to call them 3 times to clean up the room 4. When I tried to cancel one of the day.. Hotels.com app doesnt give any option. Talking to hotel folks , they could not help me because it was booked thru online. This is sad feedback for Hotel.com I liked : 1. Private access to the beach. 2. has lot of space.. but not well maintained. 3. Good for folks who enjoy late night party folks.. but this place is too noisy for any leisure family trips

Property location is excellent.Touching the beach and has a pleasing open space between the hotel area and the beach.I think all rooms have an ocean view. The property is although old and rooms and bathrooms need renovating/mordernisation.However if you are willing to live with this slight downside,the overall property is nice.

Not a great experience!

The Park hotel is no more the same as a few years ago. The hotel needs a facelift as it has lots of maintenance issues and the staff needs to be more cordial and welcoming and efficient. My check-in took a long time, the room was not ready, not properly cleaned, the bathroom was clogged, food (breakfast buffet) was not so great, and overall an unhappy customer
