"Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

"No in door pool. Food ok. Simple and average. Suites were small. But really worked out perfect. Loved that they have a suite."

"Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. "

"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel."

"It's like an apparent, fridge, heat range, microwave. No trap products in the room for you to use and get charged for. Several food sports and a market within walking distance. The city is an hour away but the public transit is ran well and gives you a chance to see the city. The roof on the 1st level is a little thin though. I heard someone playing or getting intimate. Lot of bumping "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a Red Roof Inn a mile up the road. Go there. The staff here is terrible (with the exception of one of two people). They are rude and unaccommodating. The didn't have anything that we asked for, for the kitchen (ex. Can Opener), "free" was horrible and then on to of that we got charged a wifi fee two days. We asked for clean sheets after 5 nights of being there and we were told they didn't have an extra sheets and we had to wait and bring them down tomorrow so they...

"The room was pretty clean and set up very nice. I wish the breakfast was a little bit better. It seems like it was not taken as seriously as it should be. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Also, I wish there was certain details in the room that were a little bit cleaner."
