"The building's air conditioning system was out of service due to damage, yet we were not informed of this serious issue before or during check-in. We stayed in a corner room on the top floor on July 3 and 4, and the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. It was very disappointing that the hotel failed to communicate such a significant issue to its guests."

"We were very surprised that this property had high reviews. The property is very old, run down, out dated. The shower did not drain well, toilet made noises after flushing. There were ants in the breakfast dining area while we ate eating the food the was left all over the floor. We can definitely say we will not be staying at a Best Western again."
