"Lovely staff and in walking distance to businesses downtown. The coffee in the lobby was great and the

items were decent. We stayed Friday-Sunday and had issues with noise. Other guests were very loud in common spaces and I was woken up multiple times by dogs barking, people yelling in the halls, and people partying in their rooms. Maybe better sound insulation in the answer. It's nice, but I don't think the price point in justified given the sound issues. "
