"This is a quiet, comfortable, clean environment in walking distance to stores, the beach, restaurants, the post office, and the bus stop. There is parking in front of and a short distance walk from the hotel. The rooms are updated and offer what is needed for a relaxing stay."

"I recently stayed at the Franklin Hotel during a solo deer hunting trip to Martha's Vineyard. Loved the cleanliness of the entire property and of my room. Though it took a bit to get used to, I also loved the automated check-in process. Front door was locked, but to be fair I am sure it was because of the snow; back door was used instead and worked just fine. Now, I know it was off season, but I also loved the privacy and quietness of the hotel overall. Didn't get to see much of the staff, but...

"We had a wonderful week long stay at the hotel even though there was a snowstorm (blizzard) that cut power to the facility for 2 days. We had no heat, etc. but the hotel staff was absolutely great to make everyone comfortable and ensured their guests were feed and had what they needed. The hotel manager, Crystal Demoranville and her staff went out of their way to assist all hotel guests. I'll definitely stay there again. "

"Great sea views and all round a fantastic place to stay. The staff can not do enough for you, the service is exceptional. I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again."

"Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth. "
