"Très bon hôtel, personnel très aimable et efficace, chambre confortable notamment sur la literie. Situation excentrée du centre-ville, une voiture est plus qu’utile pour rejoindre cet hôtel de standing, recommandé pour la visite de Viña del Mar et Valparaiso (qu’on peut rejoindre en bus ou en train en laissant la voiture au parking souterrain et sécurisé)"

"We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Adoramos a boutique, o quarto, a vista. Tudo limpo e de bom gosto. O café da manhã foi bom, quando acabam eles repõem. O espaço é bem familiar e acolhedor. Pena que não tinha vaga para estendermos a estadia. "
